Pilot Information Sheet

To help you through the CASA renewal system:

1. Upload your medical to the MRS system
2. Take note of any testing required by CASA
3. Review the date your license is due for renewal

Information that we need from you:

• Name
• Dob
• Address
• ARN
• Class(es) of medical required
• Date when medical is required

Location: where you would to attend to complete your medical.

Have you loaded your medical to the MRS? 

• A booking cannot proceed without this step being completed.

Does CASA require any testing?

• You will only know this after you have loaded your medical to the MRS.

ALL new pilots to the practice are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure their appointment, appointments are extremely limited.

Once you have attended Eyra Medical for your Aviation Medical ($375 minus deposit),
you will be added to the Eyra Medical recall system, making this system even smoother
for future medicals.
